How It Started
S3 Management is engaged in asset and business acquisition, operating out of New Delhi (India). and backed by Lighthouse Trust based out of Singapore, operated by NRI’s and UHNIs.
S3 Management was christened upon the finalization of a deal signed with Daulatram Education Society in 2012, to develop the school building for the society on a leaseback basis.
From this humble beginning, the company has today assets and businesses valued at over USD 1 Billion, including major technology companies, construction and real estate, renewable energy business and private equity placement in various high growth security and National Defense organisations operating out of India.
As an investment arm of Lighthouse Trust, S3 Management is always looking to invest into short, medium and long term growth for its investors.
However, unlike conventional investment house, S3 Management is an investment company with a difference: And the difference is engagement. The company management actually engages with the companies and assets that it acquires, leading the ventures to higher profitability and growth.
