Our investors are UHNI’s who prefer to invest in companies rather than equity or passive real estate. Our investors are keen observers and/or promotors of the India growth story. These investments are handles by or through our investor managers, or through Lighthouse Trust, based out of Singapore. Primary investments are made through Lighthouse Trust bankers, M/s Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG, based out of Switzerland.

Depending upon the opportunity and its size, investments are also routed through Dovetail India, or through NRI investment routes, using primarily ICICI Bank and Bank of Baroda.

Our investors, prime banking & Investment methodology

From its very inception, S3 Management is focussed on education, technology and Renewable energy sectors, apart from investments into stressed physical assets, which the company converts into workable/leasable assets.

S3 Management core team engages effectively, using their immense experience and passion in business to lead the companies under its portfolio to the next level of growth, viz. IPOs, identify and bringing in strategic investors, and/or self-funded growth. Through effective management and financial control, S3 Management aims and in most cases achieves over 25% annualized growth, with dramatically improved EBITDA margins, leading to overall business sentiment growth, both for employers and employees.

Overview of the sectors and industries we invest in

S3 Management is a ‘for profit’ business. Hence, while every investment is strategic, each partnership is a project of ‘shared values’. At S3, we believe in transparency, clarity of objectives and a will towards ‘accelerated growth’. If your organisation believes  in all of the above, is a strong believer in business ethics and has a strong business plan, or a business that is viable, we at S3 management are interested in being a part of your story.

Introduction to our Investment Strategy

Growth Stories

Typical Performance Ratios

Each of the above companies had an interesting story of initial growth, and subsequent financial/operational/growth challenges. S3 Management provided financial support, developed growth strategies along with the executive management of the company, set up financial bridges and regulations, and involved its support infrastructure to steer the business towards high growth and clarity of purpose and direction.

At S3 Management, we pride ourselves with extensive knowledge in business operations and financial acumen. Our involvement with any business is therefore not just that of a passive investor. Our core team engages with the business at all levels, supporting, identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes and mentoring CEOs. This 4 pronged approach ensures risk mitigation and helps create wonderful and dynamic companies out of static or troubled businesses. At S3, we focus on the one asset every good company must have: High growth and strong self-belief.
